Don't want to partner, but would like another set of eyes to go over your deal? Our deal review is the answer to that. We walk through your deal with you and give you our opinion. We will use our personal deal review criteria and let you know how it stacks up. We can review via phone or email, giving you the freedom to have an additional team member looking at your deal. We have helped with issues like how to fix a legal description to what to do when a spouse has passed. If you think you have a home run, but looks like there is something tricky to it, lets see if we can work through it.
